All of our alarms have a video verification system and are classified under the UNE-EN 50131-1 norm from the Spanish Association of Security Companies, a norm currently being implemented throughout Europe.

Two security systems in one: intrusion system and CCTV, connected through our alarm system with video verification.

Through this system, our monitoring personnel can verify the authenticity of the alarm when activated. This is possible considering that the recorded video is immediately sent to the monitoring center for verification through cameras or camera sensors to which our staff can only access if the alarm is activated.

The UNE-EN 50131-1 norm establishes four degrees of security according to the risk, taking into account the nature and characteristics of the place where the security system will be installed and whether it is necessary to be connected to a Central Monitoring Station (CMS).

Grade 2

Grade 2 security systems, which comprise low to medium-level risks, refer to houses, small businesses, stores and industries that wish to be connected to a CMS.

Additionally, we are able to upgrade a Grade 2 alarm system into a Grade 3 if a higher level of security is deemed necessary for a house or business

Grade 3, comprising medium to high-level risks, refers to places of business that are required to put in place security measures, such as commercial or industrial facilities that due to the nature of their activities or circumstances are required to be connected to a CMS.
